Cake Smash | Sesión de Pastel
What is a cake smash session?
Our babies turning ONE is a huge milestone! What better way to celebrate their first year than eating cake? The session starts without the cake to get some cute and adorable portraits - this gives baby time to get used to the space and the lights. Then, we introduce the cake and let baby do as they please! Every baby is different - some dig in right away and others are more timid. Some laugh and some cry. Don't worry! The last portion of the session is splashing in a tub to get all "cleaned" up!
¿Qué es una sesión de pastel?
¡Que nuestros bebés cumplan UN AÑO es un grande celebracion! ¿Qué mejor manera de celebrar su primer año que comiendo pastel? La sesión comienza sin el pastel para obtener algunos retratos tiernos y adorables; esto le da tiempo al bebé para acostumbrarse al espacio y las luces. Luego, presentamos el pastel y dejamos que el bebé haga lo que quiera. Cada bebé es diferente: algunos comen de inmediato y otros son más tímidos. Algunos se ríen y otros lloran. ¡No te preocupes! La última parte de la sesión consiste en chapotear en una bañera para "limpiarse" por completo.
How do I choose a theme?
Once the cake smash session is booked, we will have a conversation about themes and color palettes. I will present you possible backdrop choices.

Una vez que se haya reservado la sesión de pastel, hablaremos sobre posibles temas y las paletas de colores. Te presentaré posibles opciones de fondos.
Who brings the cake?
I do! You choose the color of the cake to match the theme/backdrop and I place the order. If your baby has any food allergies, then you will need to provide the cake. The total cost of the session would be adjusted for this change.
¿Quién trae el pastel?
¡Yo! Tú eliges el color del pastel que combine con el tema o el fondo y yo hago el pedido. Si tu bebé tiene alguna alergia alimentaria, tendrás que traer el pastel. El coste total de la sesión se ajustará.
Tell me more about the tub...
Some babies love water and others do not! The water is totally optional. We can do a "dry" bath, too. Baby can have the diaper off or keep it on or wear a bathing suit!
